There is a new tenant upstairs. It seems a farmer, has moved in. He has a beautiful daughter that Steven fancies. Of course Basil has to watch out for 2 reasons 1) he hates foxes and 2) he's on the lookout for whoever stole his animals. Unfortunately, Basil gets a bit too friendly with the chickens.
